• Business model: We will write mobile apps for Android and iOS and sell them to consumers. We will write multiple apps over time. This is a company that makes many different mobile apps. The first one is a calorie tracking app.
• Products or services: We will be writing consumer mobile apps that will be monetized through Google Play / Apple App Store in-app purchases, subscriptions, or any other standard method of monetizing B2C mobile apps.
• Revenue generation model: We will be selling digital products via mobile apps to consumers. The app stores (Google Play / App Store) will collect payments from customers and will periodically transfer the proceeds to our business banking accounts.
